Returns are strictly limited to the following cases:
1. Return/Refund Eligibility
1.1. Ineligible Returns
- Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
- Sizing Issues: Returns or exchanges for sizing issues are not allowed. A size chart is provided to guide your selection, and it is your responsibility to refer to it before making a purchase.
1.2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Be reported as faulty or misrepresented within 14 days of receipt.
1.3. Rejection of Returns
We reserve the right to reject returns that:
- Show signs of use or damage not reported at the time of receipt.
- Are requested beyond the 14-day return period.
- Were purchased on sale.
1.4. Faulty or Misrepresented Items
If an item is faulty or significantly different from what was advertised, you are eligible for a return. In such cases, we will always offer a replacement first to quickly and effectively resolve the issue. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may then be considered.
2. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES (INCORRECT ADDRESS)
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the following applies:
- The order will be refunded only after the package is received back at our warehouse.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the order total will be deducted from the refund.
- If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they must pay for new shipping costs.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return, follow these steps:
3.1. Contact Us
Email info@icon-wellington.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
3.2. Provide the Following Details
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the item (if applicable)
- Your full name and address
3.3. Wait for Approval
Do not send items back without prior approval. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
4.1. If the item is faulty or misrepresented, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4.2. For all other returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. REFUND PROCESS
5.1. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
5.3. No refunds will be issued for sale items unless they are faulty or misrepresented.
6. ON-SALE ITEMS
6.1. For items on sale, Icon-Wellington does not provide refunds.
6.2. Sale items can only be:
- Exchanged for another item (within 14 days of receipt), or
- Redeemed for store credit.
6.3. Once a sale item is purchased, the transaction is considered final.
7. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
7.1. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement or store credit.
7.2. If no response is received within 7 days, store credit will be issued automatically, and no further options will be offered.
